All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. For Next Working Day Delivery, orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Saturday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the following day.
Next Day Delivery will be dispatched same-day if ordered before 1pm (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after these times or on Sundays/Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

All deliveries require a signature. If you are not home, the Royal Mail courier will leave a calling card with instructions for rearranging delivery. You may also opt to have your parcel delivered to an alternative location, such as your office. Providing the address is valid and you are there to sign the proof of delivery, we can deliver your purchases to wherever suits you – simply enter the relevant delivery details when completing your online purchases.
All international deliveries are also shipped via Royal Mail.

All other countries: Up to 7 working days
Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days by our courier service.
Orders placed from midday Thursday through Friday morning will be delivered the following Monday, while orders placed between midday Friday and Monday morning will arrive by the following Tuesday.
We cannot be held responsible for postal delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, strikes, traffic issues, or peak seasonal periods.
There are no deliveries or collections on Bank Holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order Tracking Number so you can follow your parcel’s progress. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the Royal Mail.
Should an item you ordered be missing from your delivery, please accept our apologies and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
