JR McMahon x Tommy Hilfiger 70th Anniversary Giveaway

Promotion period: Friday 25th September to Saturday 31st October at 11:59pm.

The prize: One Tommy Hilfiger Packable Jacket in Navy. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.

How to enter:

• Purchase any Tommy Hilfiger product from JR McMahon during the promotion period, either in-store or online.
• Online purchases will automatically be included in the draw, subject to the eligibility criteria below.
• For in-store purchases, customers must provide their name and email address when making an eligible purchase so that their entry can be recorded.
• Each eligible transaction containing at least one Tommy Hilfiger product will count as one entry. Multiple Tommy Hilfiger products purchases in the same transaction will still count as one entry.
• Separate eligible transactions will count as separate entries.

Eligibility: 

The giveaway is open to customers aged 18 or over who make an eligible purchase during the promotion period.

Purchases that are subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned will not be eligible. JR McMahon reserved the right to exclude entries that do not meet these terms.

Winner selection:

Onewinner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, JR McMahon reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Marketing:

Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe you to JR McMahon marketing communications. Customers can choose to provide separate consent to receive marketing communications.

Data protection:

Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway will be used to record entries, select and contact the winner, and administer the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with JR McMahon's Privacy Policy.

General:

JR McMahon reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
