Delivery and Returns

Delivery

  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.
  • We aim to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 1-2 working days of you placing the order.
  • We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace or friend/family address at checkout.
  • UK Standard Delivery is FREE over £50 and a charge of £3.95 will be made for any item or items under £50.
  • Next working day delivery is available for £3.99. This applies to orders below and above £50. We use Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service, which aims to deliver by the next working day. However, it may take up to 2 working days during peak times or if there are delays.
  • Next day delivery guaranteed is available for £10 and is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • For same-day dispatch with all delivery methods, order before 1pm GMT, except for Saturdays when you must place your order before 11:30am GMT.
  • Your order will be delivered to you Monday to Saturday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen postal delays, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, traffic problems or busier periods, etc., which are out of our control.
  • There are no deliveries or collections on Bank holidays.

 

Returns
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not, you may return your item within 14 days of purachse for a refund or exchange.

How To Return An Item

  • Place the iem back into its original packaging, usused, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  • You'll find a Royal Mail shipping label included in your parcel. If you use this label, £4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email and we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

 

Return Conditions
All items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept returns of worn, damaged, altered or used goods, unless they are faulty.

If your return shows signs of wear or handling beyond what’s expected in a shop, we reserve the right to reduce your refund accordingly.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
 
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider - it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
  3. Contact your bank - processing times may vary.

Sale items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jrmcmahon.com and send your item to: 11-12 HIgh Street, Portadown, BT621HZ, United Kingdom.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping
To return your item, you should mail your product to: 11-12 HIgh Street, Portadown, BT621HZ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
