If you exercise your right to withdraw after receiving your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund using your original method of payment. If you use our enclosed Royal Mail returns label, £4.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

How To Return An Item

If you arrange your own return, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, particularly for items valued over £50, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email and we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
All items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept returns of worn, damaged, altered or used goods, unless they are faulty.
If your return shows signs of wear or handling beyond what’s expected in a shop, we reserve the right to reduce your refund accordingly.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For orders covered by the EU right of withdrawal, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase where required by law. Any agreed return shipping charges, including the £4.95 Royal Mail return label fee where used, will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
