Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods purchased in store can be exchanged or credit note given. Goods purchased on line can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days. We will refund you via the original method of payment, once the items are received and processed.

Items returned to us after the 14-day grace period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of JR McMahon Exclusive Menswear, and may only be credited against a future purchase.

Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable.

Any item returned to us must in the same condition as they were shipped, with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labeling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to with hold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item un saleable.

How to Return Product
When you receive your delivery, you will find a Returns Form included in your package, on the back of the invoice. This sheet details everything you need in order to return or exchange your purchases.
JR McMahon Exclusive Menswear reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'.

Firstly - Please email or call our customer services team on 028 38 333087 for a return authorization number.

Then fill out the required fields on the sheet, including whether you are returning or exchanging your purchases and the reason for your return/exchange. An additional Returns Form is available by clicking on the link below and printing the document.

Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items. If the items are returned to us within 10 days in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached we will refund you via the original method of payment. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

* The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend, for security purposes, that you send the package by recorded delivery that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep a record of proof of postage with tracking number if available.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error. We will inspect all items returned to us as 'faulty', and any items deemed to be subject to fair ‘wear and tear’ will not be accepted as 'faulty'.
* The postage paid for the order will not be refunded when returned however exchanges will be posted free of charge ( UK/Ireland only ).
* Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
* Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
*If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team
*Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
*We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware at busy period this may take slightly longer.
